Brief Design web interfaces and app's for Assistancekåren’s operational system, including a traffic control tool for monitoring and dispatching tow trucks, a field interface for drivers and an interface for motorists in need of assistance.

The project included, among other things:
- Traffic Control: A management tool to monitor and efficiently dispatch tow trucks.
- Assistmobil: An app for tow truck drivers to document incidents.
- Digital In: A web interface for motorists requesting assistance.
These interfaces were designed with a focus on clarity and usability, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all users—from traffic controllers to tow truck drivers and motorists.

A convenient digital solution for motorists seeking assistance, allowing them to easily request help and receive updates on arrival times and their assistance status. This digital system proved to be three minutes faster than calling in, providing quicker help and greater peace of mind for drivers.

Assistmobil
A web interface enabling drivers to document incidents on-site via their mobile phones, allowing them to capture images and record odometer readings directly at the scene. This tool contributes to accurate and efficient documentation.
